Death Attack Sounds - Side-Chain Compression DuckingUsed the FMOD sidechain and compressor effects to create an alternative ducking system for Death's weapon attacks. Xmodgames also provides different mods to games like we play GTA series with a different mod, some increase the capacity (life, time, etc.) of the player and some enhances the graphics of the game or some acts as an accelerator. The two clips are positioned in the same place as before, only they are now on different audio tracks of the Music event. Xmodgames is used to hack various games from the game developers. To recap, as the tail of the Intro section overlapped with the loop region surrounding Area 1, whenever Area 1 would repeat, the Intro would also be triggered. However, I only wanted the Intro to play a single time in my composition, so this re-triggering tail was very annoying!As a rough solution to this issue, I've separated the Intro into 'Intro - Body' and 'Intro - Tail'. Intro Tail WorkaroundCame up with a crude workaround for the problem I've been having with getting the tail of the Intro to ring out over Area 1. Need to remember to set up sidechaining in FMOD to achieve the same ducking effect the angel projectile impact sound has when it ducks the casting sound.Tagged. Demon Summon Power-Up collection sound is a bit too bass-heavy, might need a low-cut EQ to remove some of the excess rumble.
